2. Scope of Services
   KASTTANA provides inbound and outbound customer support services, technical support, multilingual customer interaction, back-office processing, and other related services as described on our website or in a signed service agreement.
   
   
3. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
   
   
4. Client Responsibilities
   You agree to:
   – Provide accurate, complete, and current information when engaging our Services.
   – Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
   – Not misuse or interfere with the functionality of our website or Services.
   
   
5. Fees and Payment
   – Fees for Services will be as set forth in a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice.
   – All payments are due in the currency and timeframe specified in the agreement or invoice.
   – Late payments may incur interest and/or result in suspension of Services.
   
   
6. Intellectual Property
   All content, logos, designs, and materials created by KASTTANA remain our exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

   Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information obtained in connection with our Services, unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, KASTTANA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KASTTANA, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

    – Your misuse of our Services;

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:
    – The Republic of Turkey (for operations in Istanbul, Turkey), and/or
    – The United States (for operations in the United States),
    depending on the location of the primary contractual relationship. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable governing territory.
